Bitcoin Uncensored: The Basic Concept Behind Blockchain Sharding

In this installment of Bitcoin Uncensored, Chris De Rose sits down with Vlad Zamfir to discuss blockchain sharding and the general concept behind it. 

“Instead of having a single thread of blockchain, you have a bunch of them running concurrently with protocol designed to maintain certain guarantees or consistency properties across the shards,” Zamfir explained.   

Bitcoin has now become the top choice for transferring money among online gamblers and operators alike, many of whom wish to keep up with the ever changing landscape of this anonymous digital currency.

Some online gambling enterprises, like BetOnline, have delved into other cryptocurrencies, such as litecoin.
