What the Bookies are Saying: Lions vs. Bears

Resident bookmaking expert Tony Caliente discusses Sunday’s NFL game between the Lions and Bears.

For this one we look at a sharp book like Pinnacle to determine the type of action coming in on this game and how they are adjusting their line on the Lions-Bears.

Guess what?  There has been no move off the number 3 all week.

Bookmaker, another of the sharp books, has Detroit seeing more lopsided action this week than even the Philadelphia Eagles.

In general, Detroit is seeing around 67% at the recreational shops, more at the sharp books.

Detroit has won seven of the last eight in this series but three of the last four games have resulted in field goal wins.

Books are scared to move beyond the number 3 as a result.
