Seattle is home to a large number of demographic groups, so many of which will have their ancestoral nations represented in this year's FIFA World Cup. Veteran forward Danny Musovski signed a two-year deal with the Sounders, the club announced at the end of January. The contract is through 2025 with a team option for 2026.
Musovski, 28, played for Real Salt Lake last year, scoring nine goals through all competitions.
“We are excited to sign a proven talent like Danny to our squad,” Sounders general manger Craig Waibel said in a news release. “We’ve taken steps to bolster our attack this offseason, and Danny gives us another goal-scoring threat.”
