A fifth woman has accused the former New York State Attorney General of being violent towards her.

Fox News "The Five" panelist and former sex crimes prosecutor Kimberly Guilfoyle revealed that she has been in discussions with this alleged victim for many months now, long before Monday's shocking claims from four other women that Eric Schneiderman had acted violently towards them.

Guilfoyle said that woman told her she went through a "horrific ordeal" and is "very afraid to come forward" against the disgraced former AG.

She called the case "unbelievably harrowing", describing the woman as a single mother attempting to go up against "someone very powerful".

Schneiderman, who abruptly resigned late Monday, was instrumental in ravaging the Daily Fantasy Sports industry just two years ago, demanding that two of the biggest players - FanDuel and DraftKings - pay huge fines to the state for misleading advertising.  His actions started a snowballing effect resulting in other state Attorney Generals cracking down on the sector.
