Can I Bet on NFL Games Online From Wisconsin?
While the US Supreme Court has now made sports betting legal in the Unite States, Wisconsin residents will not be able to bet the NFL in any of the state's casinos for the upcoming 2018 season. For now, a few dozen of internationally licensed sportsbooks will accept wagers on this year's World Cup.
WILL WISCONSIN WELCOME SPORTS BETTING IN THE NEAR FUTURE?
The state is unlikely to legalize sports betting any time soon.
“Sports gaming is prohibited by the Wisconsin Constitution, state law and is not allowed under the state-tribal compacts," Steven Michels, state Department of Administration spokesperson, said in an email after the court ruling that allows states to legalize sports betting.

If the tribes that run the casinos want to offer sports betting, they will need to amend the gaming compact with the state.
Pursuading the state to negotiate with the tribes won't be easy.
It won't happen for this NFL season, which has the Green Bay Packers with 14/1 odds of winning Super Bowl 53.
Needless-to-say, gamblers from this state will need to rely on international websites to place all their NFL bets.
