One can start an online sportsbook from the state of California by using one of a few dozen Pay Per Head solutions available, all based outside the United States.  The US Supreme Court has ruled that sports betting is now legal but each state must come up with its own amended laws.  California will have a tough time doing so due to the complicated relationship between the Tribes.  This means there won't be anywhere to phyically bet sports, such as a casino, in the foreseeable future.

What You Need to Start Your California Sportsbook

Just a few players is all you'll need to get going.  Each player will cost around $10 per week, but that's about four to five times less than what each customer will cost you in overhead on your own.  You will get full access to the software, both back end and access for players, 24/7 customer service, complete reporting, expert linesman and LIVE IN-PLAY WAGERING, not to mention an online casino and full service race book.

Your Teams

Rams - They had the third shortest odds of winning Super Bowl 53 heading into the season at 9/1.

Chargers - Short odds of winning the Super Bowl entering the new season at 25/1.  These are the 10th shortest odds.

49ers - Seventh shortest odds at 20/1 to win the Super Bowl after closing the last season on a roll.

Lakers - They got Lebron and instantly have the 4th shortest odds of winning the Championship at 10/1.

Warriors - The reigning NBA champs are once again the favorites at -160.

Trojans - To win the College Football Championship, USC was listed at 45/1 odds.

The Cardinals - Stanford had odds of 50/1 to win the College Football Championship.

Dodgers - They had the 4th shortest odds to win this year's World Series at 8/1.

Bruins - The odds of winning the NCAA Men's College Basketball Championship were set at 45/1.
