Brazilian football star Neymar Jr. has made it to the final table of the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP), but play has been delayed in order that he can attend a wedding. SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE
According to the PokerStars Blog, the football forward was set to attend a wedding as best man Tuesday evening. The other eight remaining players offered to delay play while the BSOP covered all additional expenses.
Neymar Jr. is set to return to the final table sixth in chips with 1.93 million.
The remaining nine are guaranteed at least R$35,550 ($9,500) in prize money while the eventual winner will take home R$341,050 ($90,000).
