A recent U.S. Supreme Court decision has opened the doors for sports betting in all 50 states. Each state, however, must amend its own laws, and most are not even close to doing so.
Even in states that have - New Jersey, Mississippi, West Virginia - sports betting has maifested itself into a mainstream "must do" activity but doing so tax-free and anonymous make bookies more appealing.
Furthermore, some states that will offer sports betting won't allow online gambling outside the casinos proper (Mississippi, Rhode Island, for example).
