MLB Commish Announces Two New Integrity Policies as Part of MGM Partnership

MLB Commish Rob Manfred said during a 3 pm EST presser in New York City that Major League Baseball's new partnership with MGM Casino will result in the implementation of two new policies to preserve the integrity of the game.

Alas, he would not elaborate any further on what those policies might be.

Manfred also revealed that some sports data will be made exclusively to MGM and not shared with other establishments.

In light of reports that the MLB donated to the campaign of Mississippi Senate Republican candidate Cindi Hyde Smith, the Commissioner announced the league will now vet political donations.  Smith has come under fire for making insensitive comments ahead of Tuesday's special election.
