Michigan was the single most wagered on side Tuesday in any sport focused on the North American market.  They were seeing more than 70% of the action at some books.

Ignas Brazdeikis scored 13 of his 23 points in the second half and Jordan Poole made two big plays in the last 2 1/2 minutes to help No. 5 Michigan hold off Northwestern for a 62-60 victory Tuesday night.

The books victory Tuesday night follows a brilliant 4-0 defeat over the wagering public in Sunday's NFL with outright losses by several lopsided favorites including Pittsburgh, Carolina, Atlanta and Indianapolis.

The books have not had great luck in the early weeks of this College Basketball season, losing with some under-the-radar opinions and exposures from last week.
