Top Wagered on Sides December 12

The Kansas City Chiefs were the most wagered on side after Manchester City Wednesday.  The Chiefs face the Chargers Thursday night.

With the Chiefs the -3.5 favorite at home, they were getting just shy of 60% on the spread.  This is considered decent volume for a Thursday Night Football game, especially one featuring two Playoffs contenders.   Most books were seeing around 55/45 action skewed towards KC.

This isn't going to make or break the books no matter which side the game falls unless things take a dramatic turn over the next 24 hours.  That hasn't happened thus far with books across the board opening at -3.5 and holding at that number.

Wednesday's most wagered on side was Man City seeing upwards of 90% (even more action) against Hoffenheim in the Champions League.  Manchester City was priced at 1/4.

Real Madrid was also getting decent action vs. CSKA Moscow.

All eyes on the NBA Wednesday night as the best team in the Western Conference, Oklahoma City, takes on a Pelicans team that is sitting a game below the .500 mark.  This one will be broadcast on ESPN.  Action is balanced and the line has mostly sat at Thunder -2.
