When Can I Bet Using the Draftkings App From Inside Louisiana

Even the Draftkings daily fantasy sports app had been prohibited here.  Legislation to legalize fantasy sports has been introduced more than once and but never got beyond the House floor.  Finally the voters's decided to allow it back in November.  47 out of 64 parishes will allow the activity.
