In May 2018 the U.S. Supreme Court paved the way for sports betting in all 50 states. Colorado lawmakers are in no hurry to legalize sports betting to allow sportsbooks to operate from within the states. And if they do, it will be in designated locales, each with limited wagering (which means probably no Internet betting).
