When making your March Madness office pool picks, consider the teams carefully.  The Oregon Ducks, for example, might have a tough time getting beyond the first week.  Remember to print out your March Madness bracket here

Why They Go Deep

The Ducks have gotten hot late and won the PAC 12, beating favorite and conference leader Washington.  They have won their last eight and covered in their last eight.  Payton Pritchard (12.2 points, 4.3 assists per game) is a solid player to watch.  They are one of the hottest teams playing right now and get to face a battered Badgers squad then on to play either UC Irvine or Kansas States.  Pundits are big on UC Irvine.  Oregon has the potential to beat either of those.

Why Be Concerned

They will face better competition than what was in the PAC 12 and that includes their first game of the March Madness frenzy, probably Mississippi State.  The Bulldogs were at 100/1 odds of going all the way, far better than Oregon's odds, which do not even show up at some books.  They might not be advancing without that statement victory in the PAC-12 Final.

Who They Will Play

They will play a beat up Wisconsin team.
