START YOUR OWN SPORTSBOOK - 6 WEEK FREE TRIAL

In business since 1996, TheGreek.com (originally known as Olympic Sports) was among the first and most respected of the offshore sportsbooks.  The company operated out of Montego Bay, Jamaica.

From The Greek:

"Some Sad News To Pass Along Some of you may have already heard that we are ceasing bookmaking operations as of today. We are in the process of restructuring with new plans ahead.

"To be candid, as we try to be with you, I think you know that we were a little bit behind the times in a number of areas in comparison to a lot of new brands on the market.

"Our players have been transferred to BetCris. All pending bets will be settled. No bets are cancelled or forfeited. If any customers have any issues, please let us know."
