Does FanDuel Take Bets on the Kentucky Derby?

FanDuel does not take bets on the Kentucky Derby and is only available in a handful of US states.  BetOnline takes bets from all US states and offers an 8% rebate on daily wins and losses. (signup max bonus $1000, in business since 1986)

FanDuel operates sportsbooks in both New Jersey (online and retail) and West Virginia (retail).

While FanDuel does not directly take bets on the Derby, its subsidiary TVG does in certain states.   Many are restricted.

TVG only takes bets from these states:

Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey (under 4NJBets), New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Wyoming

BetOnline takes bets on the Kentucky Derby from all states, anyone 18 years or older.  They do NOT ask for a social security number or report your winnings.
