If your state is not listed below, it means that you can only access a licensed offshore sportsbook.

New Jersey - Retail sportsbooks are located in the Meadowlands, Monmouth Park Racetrack and a few of the Atlantic City casinos.  One can make a sports wager online from more than a dozen sites operating from New Jersey.  Anyone within the state's borders can bet just as long as they are over the age of 21.  Those visiting the Garden State can also place bets from here and accounts can be pre-registered before your trip.

Delaware, Mississippi, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and West Virginia only offer retail sports betting at desigated locations currently.

Delaware - Limited service sportsbooks at the state's three casinos.

Mississippi - Casino sportsbooks at Tunica and Biloxi are mostly full service.  Mobile betting is available on the properties only.

New Mexico - One limited-service only sportsbook located at the Santa Ana Casino just outside of Albuquerque.

Pennsylvania - Sportsbooks are located at a number of casinos throughout the state including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and the Poconos.  Online coming soon and available from one's home similar to New Jersey.

Rhode Island - Limited service sportsbooks at Lincoln and Tiverton casinos.

West Virginia - Sportsbooks of various quality are found at the state's five casinos.  Online has been an issue getting up in the state.  One of the casinos has already filed a lawsuit with a sportsbook vendor.

Most successful online bookies are pay per head agents.  PayPerHead.com offers live in-play wagering, customized websites, 24/7 customer service, a live dealer casino, real time live wagering on 80+ leagues, real time live betting on 1000+ events all for just a small fee per player per week.  Learn More Here
