No Betting on the Eurovision Competition at FanDuel?

This is a bit of a surprise being that FanDuel has managed to distinguish itself as a site capable of competing with the powerful offshore sportsbooks by offering unique bet options and sometimes better lines.

But New Jersey isn't a part of Europe, so who cares about the Eurovision competition, right?

Well, consider that Newark Liberty Airport has a few dozen flights to and from European nations.  All visitors are allowed to bet with the New Jersey sportsbooks provided they are physically located in the Garden State when they do so, this includes Europeans.

Furthermore, the state is home to one of the largest Portuguese populations (Newark) as well as Germans, Israelis, Russians and more.  Portugal did not make the final cut but there will still be plenty of folks from there living in New Jersey wanting to place a bet on the Eurovision competition.

And, yes, most of the offshore books that cater to US citizens are offering betting on the 2019 Eurovision.
