Casinos are currently selecting providers as state regulations on betting are being vetted for approval.

William Hill already has a foothold in the state as operators of the Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf and Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo sportsbooks.

Bettors at both establishments will have access to wagering kiosks and apps.

“We are thrilled to build on our already extensive relationship with Eldorado Resorts as the sports betting industry continues to gain momentum,” David Grolman, President of Retail Operations for William Hill US said in a news release. “These two Iowa destinations will offer sports fans amazing new opportunities to enjoy the games and teams they love in new and exciting settings.”

The Isle Casino Waterloo facility will feature eight 65-inch odds boards, 15 55-inch viewing screens and multiple standard and high-top tables for fans and bettors to gather.

Iowa will also signal the introduction of BetFred into the US regulated market via the Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort in Larchwood, IA.

"We are excited to offer our guests another world-class product,” Dan Kehl, CEO of Elite Casino Resorts said in a news release. “With Betfred, Grand Falls Casino and Resort will be the best place in Iowa for sports betting at our casino and on a safe and secure platform."

Fred Done, Chief Executive and co-founder of Betfred said, “I'm delighted to partner with Elite Casino Resorts in Iowa and we look forward to working with our new partners and sharing our joint expertise in what is a very exciting opportunity and market for Betfred.”
