PITCHING MATCHUP: Diamondbacks RH Zac Gallen (2-3, 2.45 ERA) vs. Brewers RH Chase Anderson (5-3, 4.54)

Gallen came over from the Miami Marlins at the trade deadline and was solid in his first three starts for Arizona, allowing a total of three runs in 15 innings. The 24-year-old issued six walks in as many innings against Colorado on Monday but limited the damage to one run and did not factor in the decision. Gallen, who has yet to surrender a home run in a Diamondbacks uniform, is facing Milwaukee for the first time.

Anderson is trying to bounce back after getting hammered for a career-worst 10 runs on nine hits - three homers - in 2 1/3 innings at Washington on Sunday. The 31-year-old allowed three or fewer runs in each of his previous 10 starts but completed at least six innings once in that span. Anderson is seeing Arizona - the team he pitched for in 2014-15 - for the first time since May 21, 2018, when he scattered two runs and three hits over six innings to earn a win.

Milwaukee has won eight of the last nine meetings.  They have won four of their last ten overall.

With the total trending down from 9.5 to 9 and two decent starters looking to rebound, we will be on the UNDER 9 here.

The UNDER is 6-2 in the last 8 meetings in Milwaukee.
