William Hill Results Bolstered by US Sports Betting Expansion
(November 21, 2019) - UK bookmaker William Hill has reported revenue growth of 1% between July 3 and October 29 though net gaming revenue dipped by 8%.
The company has been negatively impacted by newly-introduced fixed-odds betting terminal (FOBT) restrictions.
Its saving grace is sports betting expansion in the United States, something Hill has already had a footprint in.
William Hill’s net revenue increased to 60% from 53% previously in the States.
William Hill to Operate Sportsbook in DC Arena
(October 4, 2019) - Capital One Arena in Washington, DC is set to become the first such venue in the United States to operate a sportsbook since the US Supreme Court ruled to abolish prohibition back in May of 2018.

William Hill Joins Forces With Income Access to Enhance Affiliate Program
(July 31, 2019) - William Hill has confirmed it is now aligning itself with one of the top affiliate management programs, Income Access, in order to gain a bigger piece of the US regulated sports betting marketshare.
According to the firm, the partnership will enhance its affiliate program by adding “…an industry leading tracking and reporting solution that will support affiliates as they optimize their performance in New Jersey”.

If there is one book professional sports bettor Gadoon “Spanky” Kyrollos despises the most, it appears to be William Hill.
Spanky took to Twitter Thursday to express his disgust with the book, even posting a videos showing how they refuse to take his action.
He tweeted:
