Though the Oregon Lottery rollout of its Scoreboard app has been pretty stale, even with DraftKings now in the picture as the exclusive provider, you can still do so with sites based outside the state.  You can open a betting account through BetUS, which offers a generous welcome bonus up to $2500).  It should be noted that Jazz Sports does not report your winnings.   This means you can still bet all the Bowl games and March Madness.

Oregon continued to delay the launch of its app.  Following a pretty disastrous rollout, DraftKings ultimately became the sole site overseeing the platform in Oregon.

The lottery’s Matt Shelby noted at the time Oregonians are already betting on sports via mobile apps.

He said while it is not legal for the company offering the app to do business in Oregon, it is not illegal for players.

“Can we capture some of that action in a legal, regulated, transparent platform — that is our intention,” Shelby explained.

They will, but more folks in the state will be exposed to sports betting and will likely seek out the activity come March Madness to be certain.
