So far New Mexico is the only US state that has not had to amend its own laws to allow the activity following a landmark US Supreme Court ruling that overturned decades of prohibition.

This coming Monday November 4 at 4:30 pm, Isleta Resort & Casino will open the state's 4th sportsbook near Albuquerque.

Giveaways include a trip to the 2020 Super Bowl, with airfare and hotel. Plus, guests can win tickets to see the Denver Broncos or the Dallas Cowboys.

At the all-new sportsbook, individuals can place their bets on their favorite local teams, Pro Baseball, Pro Football Regular Season Win Totals, English Premiere League, UFC, NBA, WNBA, PGA Golf, NASCAR, and more! The Resort partnered with USBookmaking, the exclusive provider of sportsbook software in the state.

“We’re excited to unveil the best sports betting facility in the State of New Mexico, complete with a full-service bar, exciting viewing area, and the all new Isleta Food Court next door. There’s no other location in the Albuquerque area to wager on your favorite teams, while enjoying such an outstanding and engaging great gaming environment,” said Isleta Resort & Casino CEO Harold Baugus.

The Santa Ana Star Casino became the first legal sportsbook in the state of New Mexico last fall.  Since that time, two more sports books have sprouted up.

The Pojoaque Pueblo Tribe launched in March of this year at Santa Fe’s Hilton Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino.

In Mescalero, the Mescalero Apache Tribe launched operations at their Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort.

The Next Mexico tribes are not required to pay additional taxes on sports betting to the state, unlike in other states that now offer the activity.  Pennsylvania operators, as an example, must pay more than 30% derived from sports betting revenues.   The tribes are also not required to release their financial data.

New Mexico does not offer mobile sports betting.
