Green Bay Packers vs. Cleveland Browns Odds

Green Bay Packers vs. Cleveland Browns odds opened with the Packers as a -6 ½ favorite.  The line has only moved up a half point at some online bookmakers though a few are still listing this one at -6 ½.   Bookmaker.com was one of the few heading into Thursday afternoon that had Green Bay at -6 ½ odds.  Some books have pulled the line off this game due to the Browns flu bug crisis.

Two Browns players have been diagnosed with Influenza A, which is related to the H1N1 virus, coach Eric Mangini said today.

But the team appears to have arrested the flu epidemic that affected a total of 12 players this week.

Mangini said that linebacker Kamerion Wimbley and nose tackle Shaun Rogers rejoined the team today. Ten others remained at home for precuationary reasons.

"There haven't been any new cases, so that's positive," Mangini said. "As for the rest of group (still missing), I'm not totally sure yet (when they'll be back), but we're going to be as cautious as we can with this to make sure we don't go into the weekend with the group not having it getting it."

These two teams have split the series this decade.

Some important Green Bay Packers vs. Cleveland Browns odds trends to consider before betting on this game:

The Packers are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games after allowing less than 15 points in their previous game.

The Packers are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games as a road favorite.

The Browns are 2-6-1 ATS in their last 9 games after accumulating less than 250 total yards in their previous game.

The Browns are 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 games following a S.U. loss.

The Browns are 7-1-1 ATS in their last 9 games as an underdog of 3.5-10.0.

Gambling911.com will be on Green Bay at -6 ½ at Bookmaker.com.
