Where Can I Watch, Bet UFC 250 in Sydney? Covid-19 Closures Continue
UFC President Dana White has promised UFC 250 will be one of the biggest fight cards ever broadcast, but you'll have to watch it from home if you live in Sydney or anywhere else in Australia.
While Australia has fared relatively well in light of the coronavirus pandemic, the nation's Department of Health warns that pubs will be among the last to reopen, and that likely won't happen until September.
From the Daily Mail:
Professor of microbiology at the Australian National University Peter Collignon said the nature of social contact in pubs meant they would need to stay closed until September.
Professor Collignon said the Australian government needed to 'play safe' because of the 'intermingling' present in pubs and bars.
'Unfortunately I don't think until September this year at the earliest [before pubs reopen],' he told The Sydney Morning Herald.
