DraftKings‘ Stephen Miraglia told The Action Network, “UFC 249 is officially the most-bet MMA event in DraftKings Sportsbook history — and the main card hasn’t even started yet.”
And this was several hours before the fight even got underway.
UFC 249 was widely considered the first major sports event to return since Covid-19 essentially shut down sports worldwide for the past two months.
Two more events are slated for this week with plenty of betting to be had.
