Do You Know The Best Playback Games To Play Online?

There are countless variations of blackjack games online, in fact, you can find over 60 blackjack games - Blackjack Doc to play. However, with so many different options online, how are you going to find the version of the game that fits in with what you want?

The different types of blackjack that you can play

When we look at blackjack, this is not unlike slots. The basic rules are the same, but we do see minor variations in the number of decks to use, the payouts, and various gaming options. It is important that you understand the rules before you move to a different type of blackjack. In order to win big, you need to know what separates that particular form of blackjack.

Classic Blackjack

The most widely played version of blackjack is the classic variation, sometimes also called the ‘traditional’ version. It is possible to play this with between one and eight decks. The dealer and player both get two cards, the hole card is face down for the dealer.

If your total is equal to or as close to 21 as possible (without exceeding) you win. If your total is over 21, you go ‘Bust’ and thus lose the hand. If you get a face value card and an Ace together you have what is called a ‘Natural Blackjack’. The game itself is exciting, fun to play, and relatively easy to understand. This is what makes the classic version the preferred version for many players.

Progressive blackjack

When we compare progressive blackjack with the traditional variation, you will see that many of the rules are the same. The only difference is that you have a chance to win an increasingly growing jackpot. You have an additional bet that you need to place in order to be eligible to win the progressive jackpot. The rules are otherwise similar, with slight variations in when you can stand, hit, split, or double your cards.

European Blackjack

You have probably heard of European Roulette, and now we introduce you to European Blackjack. The difference with the traditional variation is how cards are dealt. You have two decks with the European version. The player is dealt two cards face up, and the dealer receives one card face up. Until you as a player decide how to play your card, the hole card is not dealt. You can double, stand, hit, or split.

Super Fun 21

You play Super Fun 21 with one deck, and it is going to be a great deal of fun indeed! The rules are the same, but the difference is in the payout structure. For example, you always beat the dealer’s natural blackjack if you have a natural blackjack as a player.

Instead of opting for the traditional 3:2 payout, blackjack pays out even more. You get a 2:1 payout with a Diamond Blackjack. There is a reason so many people seek out this version of blackjack to play.

Spanish 21

This variation of blackjack is also called Spanish Blackjack and you play with six or eight decks. However, each of the 10 value cards is removed from the deck, meaning you only have 48 cards to play. This will increase the edge of the house. The dealer is allowed to peek at the hole card and if you get 21 the dealer also wins the hand. If you happen to have 21 as well, the game results in a draw. Late surrender and insurance are allowed. You are also allowed to surrender after doubling down, thus giving you a better chance to win.

The conclusion

You have so many different choices when it comes to playing blackjack that you are almost swapped for choice. You do not need to try them all out to find out your favorite, but it is good to know that you have countless options available. A card table game is only going to be more exciting with different table layouts, different rules, and a wide betting range. The best you can do is try a few versions for yourself and see what type of game you prefer.
