An attendant for the visitors clubhouse tested positive this week.  A positive test result for the unidentified coach was confirmed on Thursday.

The Phillies were supposed to host the Yankees on Monday and Tuesday and then play them in New York on Wednesday and Thursday. Instead, the Yankees started a series against the Orioles on Wednesday.

Friday's game against the Blue Jays in Phladelphia had also been postponed, with a doubleheader scheduled for Saturday and another game Sunday. The weekend games have now been cancelled as of 2:23 pm ET Thursday

The league is still trying to determine the origin of the Marlins outbreak.
