Is Bovada Legal From Utah

While Bovada may be legal to bet with from the great state of Utah, there are indeed much better options, including BetOnline, which offers a generous welcome bonus (max bonus $1000).

Utah has already opted out of the federal sports betting initiative and therefore will not be hosting any sportsbooks in-state.  This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone as Utah is one of only two states (the other being Hawaii) that does not even offer a lottery.

Where it lacks in gambling venues, it more than makes up for in some solid sports teams.

These include the NBA's Jazz, a team that's been crushing the books in 2023-24 as they continue to play above expectations.  With January 2024 coming to a close, the Jazz owned a 27-18 record Against The Spread.

The Utah Utes and BYU Cougars odds were now available for the 2025 CFP Championship game.  Granted the Utes were being offered a long 75-1 odds and Brigham Young at 1000-1.

BYU is preparing for the 2023 college football season, the school's first year as a member of the Big 12 Conference.  They had previously functioned as an independent school.  They ended the season with a decent enough 8-5 record straight up in 2022-23.

There are high hopes for Kedon Slovis, who is expected to take over the starting position at quarterback.

Previously with USC, he has almost 10,000 passing yards and 68 touchdown passes but has had limited play time.

If you are looking to bet any of these teams or games that have no roots in Utah, be sure to check out BetOnline today.
