With all this talk about the newly released Sarah Palin book, "Going Rogue: an American Life", Gambling911.com decided to take a look at the former Republican Vice Presidential running mate's odds of being nominated the US Presidential candidate in 2012.  Sportsbook.com has her listed with odds of +350, the favorite, paying out $350 for every $100 bet if she indeed becomes the nominee.  Other betting exchanges list Palin right up there with Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty.

Sarah Palin is getting plenty of press this week as she begins her nationwide book tour, kicking off with an interview on Oprah.  She'll appear on 20/20 Friday in an interview with Barbara Walters.

The book is referred to as a political memoir, but in it, Sarah Palin goes on the attack against Republican Presidential candidate John McCain's staffers. She claims they mishandled her.  The book is also notable for its failure to make any mention of "almost" son-in-law Levi Johnston.

Publisher HarperCollins says it has printed 1.5 million copies.  It has been at the top of US bestseller lists for weeks due to pre-orders of the 1.5 million copies already printed.  Some believe Palin was paid as much as $7 million by the publishing house.
