Midway Poker Tour founder Daniel Bekavac remains Missing In Action following a payout debacle involving a Chicago tournament where some $50,000 is still owed to participants.

A total of 12 players are owed money.

The event winner, Renato Spahiu, has only received some $1600 in cash and some mostly worthless silver.  He is believed to be still owed $55,060.

Bekavac has not been heard from publicly since an October 5th statement on Facebook in which he apologized and said:

“I will do my best to make things right.”
