Maryland voters had the final say and chose to allow legalized sports betting in the state following a ballot referendum.

Details as to a regulatory framework will be determined at a later date.  Initially discussions are anticipated before the spring.  Realistically, in-state sportsbooks will not begin taking bets until some time in the fall.

Fox Bet would likely be one of the entries into the new market.  They only take bets from regulated states at this time.
