Army vs. Navy College Football odds opened at Navy -14 in this much anticipated annual game.  The line was still sitting at -14 at Bookmaker.com, one of the only online sportsbooks offering odds on this game as of Sunday night.

The Army-Navy Game is an annual college football game between the teams of the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, New York and the United States Naval Academy (USNA) at Annapolis, Maryland. The USMA team, "Army", and the USNA team, "Navy", each represent their services' oldest officer commissioning sources. As such, the game has come to embody the spirit of the interservice rivalry of the United States Armed Forces.

It is one of the most traditional and enduring rivalries in college football.  The game is nationally televised by CBS, having previously aired on ABC from 1992-1995. Instant replay made its debut in the 1963 Army-Navy game.

The most competitive games in this series were anticipated between the years 2000 and 2002 where the lines were within 5 points.  The 2000 and 2001 games were close affairs.  The 2002 Army vs. Navy College Football game turned out to be a Navy 58-12 rout.  Navy has beaten Army by double digits over the last 7 showings, therefore making the -14 point line quite desirable.

Some important Army vs. Navy College Football odds trends to consider before betting on this game include:

Army is 4-19 ATS in their last 23 games following a bye week.

Army is 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games in December.

Army is 1-7 ATS in their last 8 conference games.

Army is 0-5 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.

Navy is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games in December.

Navy is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a Straight Up loss.

Navy is 10-4-1 ATS in their last 15 games after scoring less than 20 points in their previous game.

Navy is 10-4 ATS in their last 14 neutral site games.

Navy is 48-23-1 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.
