Dustin Poirier vs. Conor McGregor 3 UFC 264 Fight Odds

Reports surfaced Monday morning that Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor are expected to sign off on a fight likely to take place this July as part of UFC 264.  BetOnline has released early odds on Poirier (+120) vs. McGregor (-140).

The news comes on the heels of word that Francis Ngannou will likely take on Jon Jones  in the coming months as well.

These potential offerings are music to the ears of bookmakers, who might otherwise consider the late spring and summer months "off season".  Not so in 2021 should the UFC plans come to fruition.  Combine that with the Summer Olympics.

According to multiple sources, the trilogy is "close" to being finalized for UFC 264 on July 10, though not a done deal as of yet.

Poirier defeated McGregor in January via second-round TKO in a rematch of their 2014 fight. Back then, at UFC 178, McGregor defeated Poirier via first-round TKO.

UFC president Dana White said Saturday that the plan is for UFC 264 to be at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and was hopeful that Poirier-McGregor would be part of the event.
