"The amount of companies leveraging the global blockchain for data use cases, for payment use cases, is actually incredible," Murray says. "I am amazed how far we have come since the first BSV conference in London."

He adds: "BSV has not slowed down despite the road blocks people try to put in front of it."

Ayre disclosed that he is working with a few groups on conducting some environmental studies into the BSV blockchain.

"It is our opinion that the efficiency of this technology is such that it will be able to create (an) environment positive impact by reducing energy used in all industries that touch big data, which is pretty much everything these days," Ayre reveals.

Ayre says he is confident that BSV, the original Bitcoin protocol, is green technology and i s "actually going to save the environment".
