The UGA Bulldogs were coming in early as a -26.5 favorite hosting the UAB Blazers on Saturday (3:30 p.m. ET, ESPN2).

The line has come down to -25, perhaps with news that Georgia is having a bit of a Covid-19 problem.  Three or four players could ptentially be sidelined for Saturday's game.

"I'll be honest with you, I'm as concerned as I've ever been, because we have three or four guys out with COVID and we have a couple staff members that have been out with COVID here recently," Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart said. "For us, we're at our highest spike. And people are talking about vaccinations, well these are people that are vaccinated. We're talking about breakthroughs, and so that concerns you not only for the players on your team that are unvaccinated, that are playing and not playing, because we want everybody to be safe. But it concerns me for the players that are vaccinated that we could lose them."

Georgia is coming off one of the better wins of the week despite a low scoring affair.  They knocked off favorite Clemson 10-3.

The Blazers enjoyed a dominating performance against Jacksonville State Wednesday night beating the Gamecocks 31-0 at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
