BetOnline won big Saturday night and it wasn't anything to do with College Football per se.  The betting public was overwhelmingly backing Caleb Plant in his boxing match against Canelo Alvarez while the public also loved Colby Covington to beat Kamaru Usman at UFC 268.  In the end, the wagering public went 0-2 and bookmakers made out like bandits.

Alvarez promised to punish Caleb Plant, and on Saturday he did just that with an 11th-round TKO victory at a sold-out MGM Grand Garden Arena to unify all four 168-pound titles.

Usman beat Covington via unanimous decision (48-47, 48-47, 49-46) in the main event of UFC 268 on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden. With a win in their rematch, Usman retained the UFC welterweight title.

"There was a lot of trash talk, a lot of bad blood," Usman said in his postfight interview. "I'm sure there's going to still be some after tonight. But this guy is a tough son of a b----. He's tough as s---."

Another big betting event Saturday, the Breeders Cup Classic, concluded with the favorite Knicks Go winning.

As for Sunday's NFL, some of the biggest sweats for bookmakers include the Ravens, Patriots, Bills, Bengals, Raiders and the Chargers.

With no Aaron Rodgers the Packers move from a PICK'EM to +7.5 at KC.  Just 32% of the early bettors, however, are on the Chiefs.

Sharp plays include the Saints -5.5 and that is one Gambling911 believes to be one of the better plays on the day.
