The Oklahoma Sooners have a chance to improve their resume on Saturday, November 13th, when they take on the Baylor Bears in a Big12 college football game. Oklahoma is a -5.5 road favorite.
Oklahoma is 9-0 this season but currently sits 8th in the College Football Playoff rankings. That is because they have not played anyone to prove they are one of the top four teams in the nation. Saturday they get the opportunity to play a top 25 team, albeit one with two losses.
Baylor is coming off of a 30-28 loss to TCU last week where they gave up over 500-yards of offense. With Oklahoma’s potent offense, that could be trouble for the Bears. Oklahoma can only play who is on their schedule, but they need to be a bit more convincing if they want to show they belong in the CFP.
