While one cannot bet using the DraftKings app within Washington State, the company gained access to the retail market via a deal with the Tulalips Tribe announced January 19, 2021. In-state operators can only offer in-person (on location) betting on sports. Websites operating outside the state like BetUS are still accessible to Washington residents and visitors (must be 18 or older).
DraftKings is has opened a retail sportsbook locations at Tulalip Resort Casino and Quil Ceda Creek Casino, both just 30-minutes north of Seattle in Tulalip, WA.
The Tulalip Report sportsbook features 5,000 square-foot space, a 50-foot video wall, more than two dozen kiosks, and eight ticket windows.
Walk up and wager on a host of sporting events across both professional and college leagues (excluding Washington state college teams) including baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, MMA/boxing, auto racing and golf. Or eligible customers can place bets on the DraftKings Sportsbook app and wager from their mobile devices while on property at Tulalip Resort Casino and Quil Ceda Creek Casino, including the resort and parking areas.

Washington sportsbooks do not prohibit wagering on in-state schools at these retail sportsbooks.
DraftKings Sportsbook at Quil Ceda Creek Casino is open daily 10AM-7PM (Hours subject to change).
