Cam Akers to Score First Touchdown Super Bowl 2022 Prop Bet Payout
Cam Akers of the Los Angeles Rams scoring the first touchdown of Super Bowl 2022 pays $80 for every $10 bet or $800 for every $100 bet.
Akers was activated to the active roster on December 25, 2021, 5 full months after his torn Achilles tendon injury.
Akers took 13 carries for 48 yards in the Rams NFC Championship win against the 49ers but was mostly held in check. Prior to this one, Akers had 163 all-purpose yards through the Rams two playoff games against the Cardinals and Buccaneers.
Against the Bucs, he played 81% of the offensive snaps and was the clear favorite for Sean McVay last week.
“It’s unbelievable. And, really, I don’t think the stats tell the story for how good he looked, leveling some runs off,” McVay said after Akers' return in Week 18. “He got a couple big-time runs called back. … I thought Cam was outstanding. He did a great job. And he’s only getting more and more confident.”
