Gonzaga should be a -8 favorite in this one against Arkansas based on Gambling911.com's review.  The books indeed had the Zags as an 8-point favorite, moving to -8.5

The Razorbacks return to the Sweet 16 for a second year following a 53-48 win over the New Mexico State Aggies.

Arkansas, which made it into last season's Elite Eight, comes into this one with some experienced players: JD Notae (senior), Stanley Umude (senior) and Au’Diese Toney (senior).

JD Notae scored 18 points and nabbed nine steals before fouling out with 1:22 left, and Jaylin Williams had 10 points and 15 rebounds for the Razorbacks. Notae’s replacement, Chris Lykes, hit all four free-throw attempts in the final 10 seconds to secure the win after the Aggies closed within two on Allen’s 3-pointer with 12 seconds left.

In non-conference games this season the Razorbacks are 11-2 Straight Up.  Since 2016 they have maintained a win percentage of 80.6% in non-conference games and as favorites.

Gonzaga managed to get the job done against Memphis in advancing to the Sweet 16 with an 82-78 win.

Drew Timme scored 21 of his 25 points in the second half while Andrew Nembhard added 23 points and Rasir Bolton scored 17 for the overall number one seed.

“The way we came out fighting in the second half I thought it was more who we are,” Gonzaga coach Mark Few said. “And then we just did a great job down the stretch executing all our late game stuff.”
