The Wisconsin Badgers have relatively long odds to win the Championship coming into 2022.  The payout ranges from 60-1 to 80-1.  Still, they could prove a good bet this season based on past history.

Against The Spread last season, Wisconsin went 6-6 but 8-5 in 2019-2020.  We'll forget the pandemic abbreviated 2020-21 season for the moment.

There should be significant betting on the Badgers games early on as a few are nationally televised.

UW hasn't won a Big Ten title since 2012, but this year's team has some talent.  How the slated starting quarterback performs will mean everything.

Yardbarker offered this in reagrd to Graham Mertz:

Mertz leads the quarterbacks and begins his third year as the man under center. There’s no doubt this is an important year for Mertz. He hasn’t lived up to the four-star expectations to this point in his career. Between COVID, injuries and simple mistakes, it’s been a roller-coaster start for Mertz.

Last season, Mertz competed 59% of his passes for 1,958 yards with 10 touchdowns and 11 picks. It’s this simple: He was good against lesser opponents and bad against the better teams. It’s not the start Wisconsin fans were hoping for but this year will be one to watch for the redshirt junior.

49ers vs. Packers Betting Preview November 24

The 49ers are very much in the thick of things within the NFC West, as are all teams in this division.  Arizona leads 6-5 while the 49ers, Seahawks and Rams each own a record of 5-5.

Titans vs. Texans Betting Preview November 24

The Titans have won just two games this season, but even worse, they've covered in only one.  Tennessee prepares to take on the Houston Texans, a team that is 7-4 Straight Up and at the .500 mark Against The Spread.
