BetUS 30 free bets offer

BetUS has been a proud ad partner of the Gambling911.com website since 2006.  Over the year's they have sponsored NBA All Star Weekend and other amazing events.  They operate no differently than all these Daily Fantasy Sports and free-to-play casino websites that advertise across the airwaves.

Yes, there have been efforts to quash online gambling by lawmakers and even "ambulance chasing" law firms in California.  Indeed, upon further review by Gambling911.com, these actions all seem a bit convoluted and are now sprouting up throughout the sweepstakes casino space.

What Makes BetUS Legal in California?

As referenced above, BetUS is an international company that acts in accordance with the laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate.  BetUS has been taking bets from California residents for 25 years now.

Your Teams Just Keep Getting Better

The LA Dodgers have zero excuse NOT to win the World Series after signing Shohei Ohtani.  The San Francisco 49ers were favorites to win the 2024 Super Bowl but fell short in only the second Super Bowl overtime ever versus the Chiefs.  And the LA Chargers just hired Jim Harbaugh.

The LA Lakers and Clippers remain competitive in the NBA.

Failed Ballot Referendums to Regulate

In November 2022, two competing ballot initiatives were voted on and failed miserably.

Gambling911 encouraged our California readers at the time to vote for Proposition 26 "Tribal Sports Wagering Act", one of two amendments appearing on the November ballot.  It was backed by a coalition of dozens of Native American tribes. It would have legalize in-person sports betting at tribal casinos and four horse racetracks including Golden Gate Fields for people 21 and older.

Another ballot initiative made the laughable claim it would help eradicate homelessness in the state and was being pushed by outsiders who managed to just beat the deadline for required signatures to get on the ballot.

If you believe regulating mobile sports betting in California and being inundated by endless advertising 24/7 will end homelessness, you are as dumb as a rock.  California voters are far from dumb. Only a very small percentage of monies allocated for taxes will go towards homelessness.  You will want to vote NO for proposition 27 "California Solutions to Homelessness and Mental Health Act".  Having a gazillion billboards and ads popping up for mobile betting in the state will only lead to more homelessness.

Sites like BetUS have helped boost the economies in other countries like Costa Rica that welcomed sports betting 20 plus years ago, allowing young folks employed with their businesses to afford their first homes before they were 25.  Sports betting is among the top three highest paying industries in Costa Rica.
