What Are the Regular Season Wins Total Odds for the Purdue Boilermakers - 2022?

Oddsmakers have Purdue winning no more than 6 regular season games in 2022 and it is easy to see why based on the schedule.

Schedule

Sept 3 Penn State

Sept 10 Indiana State

Sept 17 at Syracuse

Sept 24 Florida Atlantic

Oct 1 at Minnesota

Oct 8 Maryland

Oct 15 Nebraska

Oct 22 at Wisconsin

Oct 29 OPEN DATE

Nov 5 Iowa

Nov 12 at Illinois

Nov 19 Northwestern

Nov 26 at Indiana

Winable games are versus Indiana State, at Syracuse, versus Florida Atlantic, and versus Northwestern. On the road in Indiana the following week is winable as well.

They probably will not fare well against Penn State at home in Week 1 or at Minnesota or at Wisconsin.

The good news for these Boilermakers is that they miss Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State.

Iowa is a home game coming off a two-week break.

Purdue needs to find replacements for the likes of wide receiver David Bell and George Karlaftis, both of whom are now playing in the NFL.

Still, Purdue has just enough talent and depth to surprise this season.  We'll take the OVER 6.
