The NFL team the oddsmakers believe will be the last undefeated in 2022 is not the team favored to win the Super Bowl. In fact, this team is not even among the top five.
It's the Los Angeles Chargers (5-1 odds)....and it's a head scratcher.
After all, the Chargers face the Chiefs in Kansas City in Week 2.
The Chargers had the 6th shortest odds to win the 2023 Super Bowl at 16-1.
Tampa Bay had the second shortest odds of being the last undefeated team at 6-1. They host the Cowboys in Week 1 and face the Packers in Week 3.
This year's Super Bowl favorites, the Buffalo Bills, had +650 odds of being the last undefeated team in 2022. But they will play the reigning Super Bowl champions Rams in LA in Week 1.
