Illinois-Wisconsin, Purdue-Minnesota, Oklahoma-TCU, Texas Tech-KSU line reviews

We have line analyses for The October 1, 2022 games including Illinois-Wisconsin, Purdue-Minnesota, Oklahoma-TCU, and Texas Tech-KSU.

Illinois-Wisconsin Line Analysis

The line on this game has gone from -7.5 to -7 favoring Wisconsin.   We get a number of 7.3, which suggests this is an accurate line with zero underlay or overlay. Would not surprise us if this actually fell on the 7.

The two games this season that had accurate lines in the area of 7 and 7.5 have seen the dog win in both.

Wisconsin though has dominated this series in recent years by wide margins, so be careful.

Purdue-Minnesota Line Analysis

Minnesota has gone from the -9.5 to -12.5 favorite.  We get a number of 12.25.  Once again, we are on the money here.

The Golden Gophers have won the last four games in this series, but only two by more than the current spread.

Minnesota has the potential to go 5-0 Straight Up and Against The Spread here.

The Golden Gophers are 8-0 Against The Spread in their last 8 games after allowing less than 100 yards rushing in their previous game.

Oklahoma-TCU Line Analysis

The line on this game has gone from Sooners -5.5 to -6.5 and back to -5.5.

The power ratings give us a number of 5.65, so once again a line on the money.

A good comparable game here is Middle Tennessee when they were a +4.5, +6.5 dog after opening at +7 versus James Madison.  The home favorite did cover by quite a bit and this line was accurate when it hit the 6.5 and 7.

Texas Tech-Kansas State Line Analysis

One of the better games of the weekend.  KSU was at -7.5 / -8.  We get a number of 9.52 on this game.  There is a 1.5 to 2 underlay.

The Wildcats have won the last six in this series.  But be careful here.  Only two of those were covered using the current spread.
