Underlays 15-2 Edge for Favorites With a Base of 3: College Football November 5

Though overlays hitting either the 2.5, 3.5 or both were very much providing underdogs with an edge in college football this season (21-5 or 80.7%), the underlays were returning vastly different results: 15-2 for the favorites (88.2%).

We do have games meeting this criteria in Week 10 of the 2022 college football season.

Florida @ Texas A&M

The line on this game has been -3 or -3.5 Texas A&M depending on the book.  We get a number of 4.23.  This indicates around a 1-point underlay.

These teams last met in 2020 with the Aggies enjoying a 3-point win.

The Gators are 4-9 Against The Spread in their last 13 games following a straight up loss of more than 20 points and 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games overall.

The Aggies are 6-2-1 ATS in their last 9 home games.

The lean here is Texas A&M -3

Kentucky @ Missouri

The line on this game opened -2.5 favoring Kentucky and was sitting at Missouri +1 overnight Friday heading into Saturday morning.  We get the Wildcats 2.84.  This one opened on the money and now we are seeing a 2.5 underlay.  The wrong team is also now favored.

Kentucky has gone 6-1 in the last seven meetings.

UCF @ Memphis

The line on this game has moved from UCF -5 to -3.   We get a line here of 7.13, indicative of a 2 to 4 point underlay.

The Knights are 6-0 Against The Spread in their last 6 games after accumulating more than 450 total yards in their previous game.

The Knights are 1-5 Against The Spread in their last 6 games following a ATS win and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a bye week.

With UCF 9-1 in this series Straight Up, we like Central Florida at -3.

Oklahoma State @ Kansas

The number here was Cowboys -3.5 and we had it at Kansas -1.5 by the overnight hours Friday.   We get a number of Oklahoma State 6.94.

This was the biggest underlay of them all at 3.5 to 7.5 points.

Do take the Cowboys +1.5 even though Kansas has become the favorite.
