What’s driving these changes? Here’s what Krishnamurty had to say (if you would like to interview Krishnamurty in regards to the Georgia runoff or any political content, please don’t hesitate to reach out):
“On the Democrat side, the re-ordering of their primary schedule is significant and strongly hints a move to favor Joe Biden and/or Kamala Harris. South Carolina was pivotal in Biden securing the nomination after a very slow start in 2020 and, without that win, he almost certainly wouldn’t have won.
“Moving South Carolina up to first sends a clear disincentive to potential rivals and signals that he intends to run again. If so, I doubt he would face a serious challenge. Furthermore, today’s New York Times reports that the President and his wife, Jill, shared a toast to a 2024 campaign with French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife. The media giant reported that Jill – often portrayed as critical to her husband’s decision – as being fully behind a bid for a second term.
“So far, as the Republican primary is concerned, Trump looks weaker by the day as his legal problems escalate. The Trump Organization was found guilty on all counts of tax fraud in New York and that batch of legal threats is not finished by any stretch. Now it emerges that there are more classified documents than originally found in storage at Mar-a-Lago, increasing the likelihood that he will be indicted. We’ve seen a constant stream of money that Trump will be indicted before the next General Election and those odds are shortening fast.”
