Jaguars vs. Chiefs Expert Betting Picks

The Jacksonville Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs meet in Kansas City for their Divisional Round showdown. The Jaguars won a thriller when they came back from a large deficit to beat the Chargers 31-30.

The line on this game has flirted with the 8.5 and 9.  KC is the big favorite here.  The Gambling911.com lean is on the Chiefs here, but do the experts at BetUS agree?

BetUS host TJ Rives, and expert handicappers Brad Thomas and Chris Farley analyze the NFL game New York Giants vs Minnesota Vikings. They'll go over the latest football betting trends, and best value NFL odds available and share their football expert picks and predictions for this NFL Divisional Round game.

The Jaguars enjoyed a come-from-behind victory against the LA Chargers to advance to this year's division playoffs.

Mark Long of the Associated Press rightfully points out that the team’s margin for error surely will shrink as the level of competition increases. And playing from behind at Arrowhead Stadium will be no picnic.

“I look at us like a bunch of cockroaches,” safety Rayshawn Jenkins said. “Like, we can’t be killed. We cannot be killed. We’re going to fight you until it says zero-zero-zero-zero on the clock.”

The Jags were down as much as 20 points to close out the first half.  They walked away with a 31-30 win.

Trevor Lawrence followed four interceptions with four touchdown passes as Jacksonville made all the key plays down the stretch.

“We’ve put ourselves in a hole at times and we’ve worked ourselves out of it at times,” coach Doug Pederson said. “Just to have the resiliency and the fight and the desire and the ability to continue to play because it could have easily gone the other way.

“And that’s what I’m so proud of these guys for: everything is on the line, and they go out and get the job done.”

Certainly betting on the Chiefs to win the first half should be a sure thing, but the price will be high.

The double result odds appear below.
