FanDuel does not take bets from those in the great state of Hawaii.  There are other options though.  These include BetOnline, which has been in business since 1999 and offers a welcome bonus up to $1000.

Hawaii and Betting: Not Perfect Together

Hawaii is one of two states, the other being Utah, that does not even have a state lottery.

Hawaii's position is pretty much on par with Utah when it comes to gambling.  Bingo is not even legal.

Rest assured, you're not going to be arrested for placing a sports bet.

State lawmakers can't be faulted for at least trying.

A hearing in early February that featured testimony from DraftKings and a sports betting lobbying group made little headway in the House Committee on Economic Development after the introduction of HB 344, a sports gambling bill.

“I think maybe, at some point, this may be a worthy cause for us but at this point, $7 million a year may not be worth putting our communities at risk,” Committee Chair Rep. Daniel Holt said. “There may be other opportunities in the future, but at this point we’re going to be deferring this measure.”

FanDuel is available in a number of states and just introduced their new app that allows customers to bet sports and horse racing with a single account.  BetOnline has long offered the two together.

It's rare with US regulated sportsbooks to offer horse betting and sports betting via a single account.

BetOnline holds an international license.
